Policies
You Must Cancel or
Change Appointments No
Later Than 24 Hours in
Advance to Avoid Penalties!
24
Hour Cancellation Notice If
you do not give us a 24 hour
time period when changing or
canceling your appointment,
there will be a 50% Service
Fee due or charged to the
credit card we have on file
under your account. Our
therapists ONLY get paid
when they have appointments,
so if you do not show up or
cancel at the last minute,
they do not get paid for
that entire time they could
have scheduled another
client. Please respect this
fact and our therapists.
No-Show Fee's
If
you do not show up to your
appointment, TANZ SPA has
the right to charge the card
holder 50% of the service
price which will not be
refunded. If you
reschedule within 14 days,
the 50% will be credited
towards the total amount due
at the end of your
appointment. Any time
after 14 days, there will be
no refunds or spa credits.
Late to
Appointments
If you
are more than 5 minutes
late to any appointment, you
will lose that appointment
time in order to allow
following clients their full
service time, and protect
our employees schedules. No
refunds will be issued.
Check
Policy
We do not
accept checks over $50.00.
All personal checks require
a drivers license and
current address and phone
number. Any returned checks
will require a $25.00
Returned Check Fee.
Once a check has been
returned, you will lose all
check privileges. Your
account will be locked until
all funds are paid in full.
Failure to pay in a timely
manner will result in legal
action. We have the right to
refuse checks from anyone.
Credit Card Holds
Any service over
$50.00 (or) two or
more services on the same
day will require a credit
card hold to reserve the
appointment. If we do not
have a card on file, you
must be responsible for
paying the Cancellation
Fee's if you do not cancel
within the 24 Hour Window.
Gift Card's will be treated
as a "card on file" just as
if they were a credit card.
Cancellation Name List
TANZ
SPA has the right to add
your name to a "cancellation
name list" if you have been
a no-show, missed
appointments, or been
regularly late to
appointments. Anyone on this
list must pre-pay all
appointments, or leave a
valid credit card on file
and will be responsible for
any penalties if
appointments are continued
to be missed.
*The
policies are to protect
other clients wishing to
make appointments, and our
service providers. Our
therapists are only paid
when they have clients, and
no shows
or cancelled appointments at
the last minute results in
not enough time to replace
those openings.*
Return & Refund Policy
There is
a no return policy on
skincare or tanning
products. Any other approved
returns must be made within
10 days for a Store Credit
Only. No cash refunds and no
returns on gift cards. Spa
treatments are
non-refundable. Additional
services may be offered to
you at a discounted rate.
Spa
Finder® Gift Cards If
you are using a Spa Finder
gift card, you may NOT use
it towards any sale,
discounted, or promotional
services or products. Spa
Finder® keeps a percentage
of the gift cards resulting
in our service providers
getting only part of the
actual dollar amount.

TAN
& SPA POLICIES
Sauna
& Guests
There
will be a $5.00 per person
charge if you wish to have a
friend join you in our
Sauna. You will be allowed
to refer a friend to use the
sauna and get a one time
$5.00 credit per referral in
Spa Dollars.
Tanning Age Limits
Our
age limit for UV Tanning
Beds is 15 years and older.
A
parent signature (must be
present to sign) is required
for UV-Tanners under
the age of 18. This is a
State Law. Our age limit for UV-Free
Spray Tanning is 10 years
and older. Our age limit
for UV-Free Acne Infrared
Bed is 12 years and older.
Suggestive Behavior
We
have a strict policy on
professionalism in our spa.
No inappropriate comments,
behavior, or suggestive
motions will be tolerated.
You must be professionally
draped and covered across
the chest and groin area
during all treatments. Any
acts in question will be
reported to management
immediately. For the safety
and comfort of our service
providers, your service may
be ended at any time if our
providers feel
uncomfortable. No refunds
will be issued and you will
be asked to leave the spa.
