Nuria has the professional skills and sanitation skills needed for such a delicate profession. She offers FREE CONSULTATIONS, and does beautiful work. She uses natural-organic pigments, and numbs the area for a pain-less experience. She also dedicates her time to reconstruction tattoo work on chemo/cancer patients after breast-cancer surgeries.
