Note Regarding Cancellation Policy Effective January 1st, 2014
Due to a high demand for appointments with a waiting list for various services, we will be enforcing our Cancellation Policy. Same day cancellations or no-shows hurt not just the business, but our staff as well as clients who would have filled the appointment. When someone does not show up for their appointment or cancels at the last minute, we are unable to fill it quickly enough. This results in our staff losing out on a paying client, which in reality and fairness...is their pay check. They are only paid for services done as they are all independant contractors, not full time employees. We can only fit so many appointments in a week, so we try our best to ensurewe keep our staff's books filled. We understand emergencies can come up, but hope our clients can respect this policy. We appreciate your understanding.
* Credit or Debit Card Hold for certain Spa Service appointments required.
* 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES.
* Same Day Cancellations or "No-Shows" will owe 50% of scheduled service.
